Hello I’m Hayley
I am an Advanced Rolfing practitioner. Certified by the British Academy of Rolfing and Structural Integration, where training is accredited by the European Rolfing Association, Munich (ERA) and the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration, Boulder, Colorado (RISI).
I offer Rolfing in London, Norwich and Leeds.
I am also a meditator, a sister, a wife, a dancer. And someone who has been through the Rolfing process in recovery from some big impacts, surgeries, metal plate implants and complex post traumatic stress . Rolfing sessions meant that I recovered, and they helped me land, grow and thrive.
They also helped me in sitting more comfortably at a desk, being less anxious, being more easeful running and dancing and breathing easier breathing when I swim.
Each Rolfing practitioner approaches Rolfing from a perspective that reflects their own skills and values. I also hold a degree in Art History and Curatorship, a diploma in fine art, play the flute pretty badly, love to jog and work as a freelance dancer.
I give my clients space to explore and understand their patterns and gifts. Before, during and after treatment, I am available to discuss concerns, thoughts or hear how you are processing the work we’re doing.
I also know, from my own experience, that often we need a combination of things to heal. If I feel I have done all I can for you or that you’d benefit from other treatments, support or scans, I’m open with that. And things weave.
I look forward to meeting you
