Hayley offers the traditional Rolfing 10 series of appointments, which is designed to change your posture and movement. As well as shorter series of fascia work, and post-10 series maintenance, check-ins and processes. These can all address posture, personal growth, performance, stress, post-natal recovery, pain, injury, trauma, mental/ emotional health needs and chronic conditions, all on an embodied level. Hayley also offers personal training style sessions & movement workshops.

Personal Training Style Sessions
Hayley offers personal training style sessions on Hampstead Heath or at your home in London. These are more goal oriented and are movement based only. You bring a number of goals - for example, better balance, more confidence in your body, increased strength, more ease or grace, injury rehabilitation, greater flexibility, increased power, cadence, pace or performance and we develop a programme to work on together using the fascia and coordination know-how of Rolfing, and Hayley’s 20 years of experience in movement practice and performance.
Sessions are 1 hour. A first consultation is £75. 10 session packages are £650. You can arrange personal training style sessions in groups of up to five if you would like to share session costs.
Workshops
Online movement lessons
You can access 33 free 5-10 minute online movement lessons that help you effect your mental and emotional well-being on Hayley’s YouTube channel in the link below. Live movement workshops
Hayley also offers live and online movement workshops. These range from 1 hour workshops to week long retreats. Hayley uses Rolfing principles and a deep understanding of how the body works. Calling on knowledge from fascia science, contemporary movement technique and her experience in professional contemporary dance, yoga and meditation.
Workshops focus on assisting clients to develop a combination of ease, strength, confidence, agility, balance, grace, flexibility and greater comfortability in their bodies.
Hayley also helps professional dancers and musicians, martial artists, professional athletes and sports people to improve posture and performance, helping them to explore ease, resilience, flexibility, injury prevention, pace, power, cadence, endurance, or grace.
